1-2-1 Nutrition Calls, Follow Ups & Raw Food Coaching Calls
How do they work?
1-2-1 calls are an opportunity for you to get help with any dietary issues which are pressing for you at a particular point in time.
Prior to booking your time slot, you will make contact with Janet via email or phone to discuss what you’re looking for out of the call. If you find you are going to be able to work well together, then book your session and make your call payment. You will be given a phone number and time to ring for the slot and it is your responsibility to make the call on time.
Call sessions can be booked in
- 15 minute
- 30 minute or
- 1 hour slots
Prior to your call you will be given a pre-call questionnaire to fill in, so that both of us are highly focused on the issues that need to be dealt with.
Following your call you will also be given a post-call questionnaire to make sure you got all your questions answered.
What types of things do the calls cover?
It’s entirely up to you. You can choose to focus on a couple of issues which are pressing for you,
to have a follow up call if I've worked with you previously, or you can have a more general question and answer session.
You may want nutritional advice on a particular health matter, or dietary advice if you’re on a specialist diet, or you may want
some coaching to support you to bring some more raw and living
foods into your diet.
Raw
and living
foods coaching usually helps you to learn how to bring more raw
and living foods into your daily life.
This can include learning about the therapeutic benefit of
juices, how to run an indoor kitchen garden, or how to prepare, sprout and germinate foods successfully.
It can also include nutritional guidance on how well raw and
living foods will suit your constitution at a particular point
