The base nutrition programme is a 30 day nutritional coaching programme which assesses your health goals, your diet & health history and provides you with professional food and supplement recommendations from a qualified nutrition therapist, a step by step plan of action to improve your health, and a delicious and personalised menu to support you on your health journey. 

Why 30 days?

It takes this long to get real results. By the end of 30 days you will have a plan to take your health to the next level.  You'll know exactly where you want to be with your health and will have laid down the steps you need to take to get you there. You'll know what nutritional factors you need to consider based on your answers to a detailed nutritional assessment, as well as knowing about other lifestyle factors that are going to move you forward in your health.

You'll also learn about the 9 key ingredients (including core nutrition and raw food know-how), that are absolutely essential to developing a menu you love, that get results for your health as well as tasting delicious. On completion of the programme you will have devised a personalised shopping list, created over 30 recipe/meal ideas, and designed a menu plan that fits your lifestyle, your health goals and you and you will be completely supported  by a qualified practitioner throughout the 30 days.

Who is it for?

This programme is useful for anyone who is ready to make changes in their diet and improve their health. It is also suitable for you, if you are on a specialised diet, or have a specific health matter such as a digestive disorder, excessive stress, weight gain, low energy, yeast infection etc. and want some professional advice, a clear plan of action, and full support.

How much does it cost?

The 30 day programme costs £69.00 which is paid at the beginning of the programme. The 15 minute no-obligatory chat is free and an opportunity to see if we will be able to work well together and to make certain that this nutritional coaching programme is what you’re looking for. If you want to go ahead with the programme, as soon as you make your payment we can begin.

How it works:

Week 1: I will arrange an appointment with you for our pre programme coaching call, and you will be posted or emailed, your 7-day food diary and your nutrition questionnaire. These documents need to be filled in and emailed or posted back as soon as completed.

Week 2: As soon as these documents have been received you will be given the link to download the How to give yourself a fresh menu makeover eBook to read over the next week and will be set your first coaching assignment to be completed while I look over your information.

Week 3: I will contact you, to arrange a convenient slot for your 1 hour nutritional coaching session later in this week.  In this session, the findings of your nutritional consultation and food diary will be discussed, and eating and supplement recommendations will be made. You will be given your second coaching assignment and arrange a time for your 1 x 30 minute Q&A session.

Week 4: You will be emailed or posted your recommendation page along with a post call questionnaire, which will need to be filled in and emailed back or returned in the post. I will look over your coaching assignments and you will have your final 30minute Q&A session, which concludes the programme, although you will be informed of continued support options should you want them.

Consultations and coaching calls are usually done over the phone and internet which makes them easily accessible for those with busy schedules. Other arrangements can be made if preferable such as 1-2-1 in-person consultations. Contact Janet if you would like to discuss alternative arrangements.
